Documents required for your finance specialist appointment

So that the finance specialist can assess your financial capacity and provide advice on the best home loan structure to purchase your first home, you will be required to provide the information below. Please note, this is a guide only and extra documentation may be required dependant on your individual circumstances.

Note: All relevant copies of supporting documentation will need to be provided prior to loan submission. Original or certified copies of current documents required not older than 30 Days

All Applications

  • Driver’s Licence or Passport
  • Centrelink Benefit Statement
  • Contract of Sale
  • Building contract/quote, plans and standard inclusions
  • Deposit Receipt
  • 6 months of statements for your existing home loan/Investment loans to be repaid
  • 3 months statements for any personal loans, credit cards or store cards to be repaid
  • Non-Genuine savings – Rental statement covering the last 12 months and rental agreement
  • Genuine Savings – 3 months current bank statement
  • Investment property rental agreement

PAYG

  • Latest 2 Payslips
  • 2017 Group Certificate (Payment Summary) or Tax Return and Assessment Notice

Self-Employed Full Doc

  • 2016 and 2017 personal and business tax returns along with assessment notices
  • Trust Deed/Partnership Agreement/Company memorandum

Self-Employed Lo Doc

  • Last 12 months BAS statements and ATO lodgement reference number or ATO running balance account statement OR Accountant’s Letter
